At Hello Beautiful by Mel we value and respect all of our clients. They are designed to ensure a consistent and efficient experience for all clients and allow us to maintain high standards of care. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

BOOKINGS

All appointments can be booked through the Fresha portal, email and Instagram. Please allow for 24 hour response time.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS

All appointments require a $50 deposit via email transfer to hellobeautifulbymel@gmail.com. This non-refundable deposit will be applied to service.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

We understand that sometimes emergencies come up, and we want to be as flexible as possible while ensuring that we can continue to offer high-quality service to all of our clients. For this reason we require that all clients adhere to a 12-hour cancellation notice. Clients that cancel after this time forfeit their appointment deposit. Clients that no-show to their appointment also forfeit their deposit.

LATE ARRIVALS

We always try to be understanding with traffic delays and unexpected life situations so we have a 15-min grace period on our services. After this time, there may be adjustments to treatment time.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available in any $ value upon request. We honour gift certificates up to a year after purchase.
